Bim Furniture was first manufactured at its Marsa factory in Malta over 40 years ago. Established in 1960 by Bailey's Shipyard, as a result of a diversification programme. Bim Ltd was a light engineering concern equipped with surplus machinery from the shipyard manufacturing turned parts and steel works. Today the Company has evolved into a modern and dynamic business employing an experienced workforce supported by some of the latest technologies.

Bim Ltd is now involved in three business areas :
Steel Fabrication Services: where Bim offers a bespoke service of steel fabrications
Protective services: where Bim applies protective coatings on steel works, the largest service being hot dip galvanising.
Furniture: where Bim markets a wide range of in house designed furniture and supplemented by other high quality imported furniture.
